Platform role
Masahe acts as a booking and coordination platform connecting clients, therapists, and companies. Session quality, identity accuracy, and lawful conduct remain the responsibility of the participating parties.
Payments and cancellations
Bookings may include platform fees, escrow timing, and cancellation rules based on the time remaining before the scheduled session. Refunds and payout holds may be applied during disputes or support investigations.
Acceptable use
Users may not harass others, evade platform fees, misrepresent credentials, solicit illegal services, or attempt to bypass trust and moderation systems.
