What we collect
Masahe stores account details, booking metadata, payment references, waitlist activity, reviews, and company-management records needed to operate the marketplace.
Location and session-state handling
For in-home bookings, therapist ETA and session-state events may be retained for support, dispute resolution, and trust operations. GPS-style tracking features are planned and should be governed by explicit user consent and RA 10173-aligned retention rules before launch.
Data access
Clients, therapists, company operators, and admins only receive access to data necessary for the role they are performing. Moderation and safety investigations may temporarily expand internal access when a report is under review.
